"Thinking Clearly"- this mashup of a deep-sea barrel-eye and a red-wing blackbird is particularly sullen today- unable to fly (in the strictest sense), this semi-aquatic bird mostly perches and plunges into deep wetland pools, with 2 sets of eyes sensitized to both surface and dark watery environments.
